Managing 100+ worldwide suppliers — with no single system connecting them
Eurofins BLC works with a large network of suppliers spread across more than 20 countries. The challenge was coordination — specifically, getting everyone aligned and working from the same information, in the same system, without the usual overhead of fragmented communication and manual processes.
Their initial setup combined the ClickUp API with manual TnA management. Through ClickUp, three separate files arrived per product — a Product File, a Workflow File with TnA steps and dates, and a Comments File — each managed separately. TnAs were created per product variant, meaning a single three-colour product generated three separate TnAs, with the same activities tracked multiple times. Across 100+ suppliers, the duplication added up quickly.

Eurofins BLC implemented Axind WebTnA as the primary tool for managing their worldwide supplier network — giving everyone, whether internal or supplier-side, a single live view of every TnA, every deadline and every status update across the business.
Alongside WebTnA, Axind PLM+ was introduced to manage the product lifecycle end-to-end. Products are now created with all variants consolidated under a single entry, with the ClickUp API data — Product, Workflow and Comments files — mapped directly to product-level TnAs. Supplier documentation is managed within PLM+, and suppliers have direct access to add their own articles into the system, update activities and communicate within the workflow.
