Needing clarity amidst chaos
Pivot Apparel LLC used to have manual processing systems. This quickly became a problem because of their growth rate. Their dependence on Excel® for techpacks and reporting were causing errors and delays. They had to hire more employees to keep up with their growing business.
Buyer presentations were prepared manually, which was extremely time-consuming and straining the resources of their design department. There was also no consolidation of data.
All communications with sourcing offices and factories was via email, and they had no system in place to manage the concept-to-product workflow.
