One Friday used to use client-server ERP systems with many bugs. They would then spend a lot of time and effort to maintain the system. In addition, their existing software did not include many of the processes they needed, and so a lot of work had to be done manually via Excel®.
The problems with this setup were that there was a disproportionate amount of manual work and that there was a profound lack of consolidated information. The inefficient processes in place could not continue for much longer.

To keep up with their workflow, One Friday needed a software solution that could handle all the processes their company required. It would have to manage all aspects of the design process, continue on to manufacturing and ultimately help them manage and keep track of their sales.
