Ever since I came into the business over 15+ years ago I have been struggling with getting work done by people. Our Moradabad manufacturing industry is based on lot of reminders and follow ups. This system is making things more transparent and showing steps which need to be taken. Documenting everything for smoother process flow. Also showing accountability. There are few companies for which one would like to willingly go out of one’s way to give a review. Axind Software is certainly one of them.
If we go back six months, we were a mid-size company undergoing a second attempt at an ERP implementation. Having failed the first time at introducing a so called “industry benchmark ERP by a leading software vendor”, we realized that a rigid software solution wouldn’t work in our languid, and often multidimensional setting.
