The Information We Collect

When you visit our website or mobile app and ask for a demo or raise any other query, we store

information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, such as your name,
gender, address, e-mail address, date of birth, and mobile number, (“Personal Information”), in
order to provide you with the services requested.

When you use our software, you may provide us data through a variety of ways (including excel,
text files etc.). In addition, we automatically record certain information via transactions
performed in the software. This information includes the IP address, other device address or
User ID, the date and time of the visit, access, or use of the service. We also collect information
regarding your Company, vendors’ company, and customers which includes their name,
username/email, password, first name, last name, picture, address, telephone number(s) and
bank details. When you pay online, we save only the mode of payment, payment reference and
the time and date of the transaction.

authorizing us to connect with an integrated service, you permit us to access and store

us processing your Personal Information on legitimate grounds; (iii) to withdraw your consent to
our use of your information at any time where we rely on your consent to use or process that
information; (iv) opting out of receiving any promotional or marketing material by clicking on
the “Unsubscribe” button. Please note that if you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the
lawfulness of our use and processing of your information on the basis of your consent before
the point in time when you withdraw your consent; (v) right to have the Personal Information
transferred; and (vi) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the
jurisdiction of your habitual residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of any
applicable data protection laws. Any request received by us by the user in relation to the

other country in which Axind or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities.

to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. These countries may have data protection
laws that are different to the laws of your country and, in some cases, may not be as protective.

accordance with this Privacy Policy by entering into requisite agreements with the concerned

Data Retention
Your information will be retained with Axind as long as it is needed by Axind to provide services
to you. If you wish to cancel your account or request that Axind no longer use your information

delete the information as requested. Axind will retain and use your information as necessary to
comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements or for other
business purposes. When Axind has no ongoing legitimate business need to process your

Axind’s Role in Information Processing

provided by customers and users. Since Axind does not determine the purposes for which such
personal data is collected, the means of collecting such personal data, or the uses of such
personal data, Axind is not acting in the capacity of a data controller in terms of the European
Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and does not
have the associated responsibilities under the GDPR. Axind should be considered only as a
processor on behalf of its customers and users.
